WILP- Work-Integrated Learning Program (Work Integrated Learning program) is an educational initiative that combines on-the-job training with academic or vocational coursework. It is a form of experiential learning that integrates theoretical knowledge with real-world application in a workplace setting. WILP programs are designed to enhance students understanding, skills, and readiness for the workforce by bridging the gap between academia and industry. The program allows candidate to earn a stipend while simultaneously gaining practical experience in industry.

Under Work-integrated learning on job training is mandatory part of the curriculum to gain practical experience. WILP programs often involve partnerships between educational institutions, facilitators, employers, and industry organizations to ensure that the work experiences align with the learning objectives and meet the needs of the industry.

National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Jain (Deemed-to-be) University, and Deccan Management Consultants Finishing School have joined forces to introduce the Work-Integrated Learning Program. This tri-partite collaboration aims to enhance the employability of Indian youth, especially from backward and tribal areas, by offering skill-based certificate and diploma programs with on-the-job practical training.
