Dr. Sanjay Bhaskar Zope is the visionary head of DMCFS, having made a tremendous influence on the fields of engineering education and workforce development. Having worked as a researcher, administrator, and educator for more than 37 years, Dr. Zope has elevated DMCFS to the forefront of innovations. He holds a Ph.D. in Production Engineering, a Master’s in Engineering (Manufacturing Engineering & Automation), and a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering). He has published over 25 research papers and holds a patent for his work on hybrid electric vehicles. Dr. Zope has developed strong relationships with more than 190 sectors and global corporations, demonstrating his commitment to skilling and training youth. Apart from his position at DMCFS, he holds various leadership roles in prominent institutions.

Muthukrishnan is a seasoned professional with over 21 years of experience in strategy, relationships, and results. He has successfully navigated diverse domains, including client liaison, government and stakeholder engagement, revenue generation, and commercial management. With expertise in operations management, business development, budget planning, service operations, skilling, training, and development, he has helped teams and organizations grow sustainably. Known for his strong focus on relationship management, he fosters trust and delivers value through collaboration. His ability to bridge both technical and business aspects enables him to craft practical, solution-driven strategies that achieve tangible results.

She is passionate about empowering aspiring entrepreneurs, especially women, and has built several successful businesses across industries. Nilima’s dedication to leadership and her involvement in charitable causes highlight her commitment to social responsibility and corporate excellence.
Mr. Sanjay Rane

With 40 years of leadership in HR, Industrial Relations, and Administration, Mr. Sanjay Rane has worked with top Indian and multinational companies like Advani Group, Kalyani Brakes, and John Deere, successfully managing complex industrial matters, global decision-making, union dynamics, and long-term wage settlements. A strong advocate of corporate governance and data confidentiality, he specializes in building sustainable workforce solutions. As Director of DMC Finishing School, he has led the Mentor+ Program since 2006, supporting students through the Earn and Learn Scheme and expanding opportunities with the Work Integrated Learning Programme (WILP). Under his leadership, DMCFS Skill Foundation has become an AICTE-approved NEEM Facilitator.
Mr. Sudhir Shirude

Mr. Sudhir Shirude is a Management and SCM personnel, having 38 years of industrial experience in MNCs (like SKF Bearings, AF compressors) and Indian companies (Kriloskar Pneumatics, Tata Batteries, Premier Industries, Vickers System etc.) at senior level. Played an important role in establishing Purchase / SCM function and establishing many good practices for improving productivity and client satisfaction. Initiated many cost-saving projects and good practices across functions.

Helped and helping companies in the space of IT, startups, MSMEs, Education, Manufacturing on aspects of core HR and business consulting. Mentoring and Coaching the decision makers in aligning the HR strategy to business strategy to create foundation for success.
